Crystal is the founder and National Director of National Elite Miss. She’s been in the pageant world for over 25 years. Crystal grew a pageant from an idea to one recognized as a Top 10 National Pageant and Top 5 National Director by Pageant Planet, the leading organization in the Pageant Industry.
NEM has also been featured in Pageantry Magazine and on numerous news stations throughout the country. Her most recent endeavor was having her organization invited to model in New York Fashion Week 2021 where her girls as well as herself had the opportunity to model for Fashion Designer Marc Defang.
