About Amanda:

I am your Ms Texas Galaxy, 2018!! I am proud to be a general and special-education educator in Texas! My platform is Children’s Literacy and my legacy will be making an impact on the way children perceive literature and reading overall. I have 2 fur children, a rabbit, and 9 chickens. I’ve been competing in pageantry for 13 years and have no plans of slowing down any time soon! I enjoy fishing, fashion, reading, scrapbooking, exploring new restaurants, and diversifying my cultural awareness. My favorite vacation destination is Disney World!
