RETURNS (NON-CUSTOM MADE ITEMS)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days after receiving your order for a full refund. Returns received after 15 days will not be accepted. Worn items that are returned are not eligible for a refund and will not be processed.
Return Instructions:
- Pack your return item(s) securely in its original packaging.
- Properly mark your packing slip with the item(s) being returned, indicating the reason for your return, and include it in your package.
- If you don't have your packing slip, you can insert a copy of your order confirmation email or provide us with the following information: Name, Address, Order Number, Item Description, and specifically indicate the reason for the return.
Return Mailing Address:
All returns will be refunded within 7 days after being received by our Returns & Exchanges Department. Refunds for eligible returns will be applied according to the original method of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on the payment method used, return credit may take 1 - 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Returns received after 15 days will not be accepted. Worn items that are returned are not eligible for a refund and will not be processed.
All personalized products such as our Title Shoes or Purses are non-refundable. You may exchange any unworn, unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days after receiving your order for an exchange. Please refer to our exchange policy for our exchange procedures.
EXCHANGES (ALL MERCHANDISE)
If you ordered the wrong size or style, you may exchange any unworn, unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days after receiving your order for an exchange. Exchanges received after 15 days will not be accepted. Worn items that are received are not eligible for a exchange and will not be processed.

- Properly mark your packing slip with the item(s) being exchanged, indicating the reason for exchange, and the new item you want to exchange to.
- If you don't have your packing slip, you can insert a copy of your order confirmation email or provide us with the following information: Name, Address, Order Number, Item Description, and specifically indicate the reason for exchange.
- If you need your items exchanged urgently, please return your original purchased items for a full refund (see return procedures above). Then, purchase new items again to speed up processing times.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Ready-Made Inventory: Approximately 1-5 days
- Custom-Made Products: Approximately 20-25 days
- We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.90, with $3.00 thereafter for every additional item.
- Custom-Made Rush Service: Approximately 15 calendar days. We offer a rush service for custom-made products for a flat fee of $40 (non-refundable). Simply select the 15 Calendar Day Arrival checkbox during the ordering process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Ready-Made Inventory: Approximately 3-15 days
- Custom-Made Products: Approximately 25 days
- Custom-Made Rush Service: Approximately 15 days. We offer a rush service for custom-made products for a flat fee of $40 (non-refundable). Simply select the 15 Calendar Day Arrival checkbox during the ordering process.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- International shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Custom-Made Rush Service fees are non-refundable.
- For international shipping, you are responsible for any local custom duties.
