Jacie Jarrells is a 15 year old young lady from Dunlow, WV. She is a freshman at Wayne High School. Her parents are Jack & Tracie Jarrells with a brother Jamison. She is very active with her community and has spent countless hours working on anything that can be done to better help it! From school aged kids, adults, or the elderly, Jacie is well known in her community as the “community queen”. She is loved by everyone who is around her and has an aura around her that inspires so many.
